Finally! Here is the Picture of Trevon, Kayla, and Kayla's Brother
I apologize that it took me so long to post this picture from the Blood Center of Wisconsin's Recoginition Event. I would like you to meet Kalya and Trevon who both have sickle cell anemia. Kayla is 4-years-old, and Trevon is in 6th grade. Both children are full of life, and it was a pleasure to get to know them as well as their families. Kayla and Trevon both recieve blood frequently, and are very appreciative for the people they know as heroes. Thank you to all of the people who help to make a difference, nomatter what the way, through the Blood Center of Wisconsin. Kayla and Trevon are just two people who are living proof that blood donation matters!
(From Left to Right: Kayla's brother, me, Kayla, and Trevon. Sorry that the picture is blurry)

Britani-
I am SO proud of you! Every since we were little I knew you'd make it far. You have a light in you that shines brightly and spreads to the people around you that you are helping. You are making a huge difference in these people's lives, it is so amazing. I am sorry I could not do your walk, I had to work an 8 hour shift that day, but I am so proud of you and you know I love you lots!! Keep working hard, you have really made it far already...
xoxo
Your friend,
Doug :)

Where to start......
You are a special "angel" that has given Trevon & Kayla a face to be put with those who have donated blood to help in saving their life. If it weren't for you raising awareness, and the importance of blood donation, these children and others that require transfusions might be hopeless. Trevon is soooo excited that he will be able to attend the pageant & cheer you on. You are truly a "Hero" in his eyes. Continue to spread the word that BDM (blood donations matter)
Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts!!!
